Helambu Trek is located in the north of Kathmandu valley. Once a part of the transhimalayan trade route, and famous for the apple and yak product is one of the scenic trek in Nepal and is also close to the Kathmandu valley. The trek crosses the Shivapuri National Park and Langtang NP where the big sherpas and tamang villages are found. The rural villages, beautiful monasteries and community hall of every villages are located in the center of the village. This is not so difficult trek and the most enjoyable place in Nepal.
